Managing Director - Shiree Darley.
Having been a key role player in establishing and leading the Wilson Associates South African office as Managing Director for the past 16 years, Shiree has extended her uncompromising level of quality and high standards into the formation of Darley Interior Architectural Design. This new company is a culmination of her innovative international design experience and proven ability. Shiree has developed an excellent rapport and longstanding relationships with clients and professionals that she has worked with and has received much continued support and confidence with the establishment of DIAD.
Operations Director – Caroline Dann.
Professionally trained with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and having lived and worked in Europe for over 10 years; Caroline has achieved great success in overseeing international design teams with the implementation of numerous exclusive hospitality and high end residential projects. Her skills encompass a creative yet functional interpretation of operational and client requirements in strategic planning, resource structuring and program management to accommodate tight schedules. Her architectural expertise extends to creative and functional space planning that is reinforced by her technical knowledge.

Design Director – Amanda Elliott.
An accredited Interior design professional, Amanda’s international experience includes first hand exposure in countries such as Singapore, UAE, Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. She has played a leading design role with various design teams, together completing numerous award winning projects globally. Amanda’s expertise includes conceptualization and theme direction in Interior Architecture, customized furniture and fabric schemes and the direction of 3D visualization – thereby ensuring that the client’s brief is accurately interpreted and personally followed through to final detail implementation.
Creative Designer – Sarah-Jane Forman.
Qualified in South Africa as an accredited Interior Designer, Sarah-Jane initiated her career designing and overseeing the installation of projects for one of South Africa’s leading exclusive residential designers, establishing a recognizable portfolio which received numerous press accolades. Sarah-Jane then extended her focus to Resort, Leisure and Spa Design, conceptualizing and themeing the Furnishing’s for key international projects. Sarah-Jane’s expertise includes the technical specification of custom finishes as well as bespoke furniture pieces. Residential and Resort Projects she has been involved with are located in Africa, The Indian Ocean Islands and the Middle East.
